Shadow Hobbies provides services to domestic customers only.

Returns & Restricted Items

We do not accept returns on products containing fuel, lithium polymer batteries, or any other hazardous materials.

Shipping Responsibility

All items must be securely packed to ensure no damage occurs during shipping. Shadow Hobbies is not responsible for:

  • Damage incurred during shipping
  • Packages lost in transit
  • Packages shipped to us but not received

We strongly recommend insuring all shipments and using carriers that provide tracking information.

Warranty Policy

All warranty items must be returned directly to the original manufacturer and must include a dated proof of purchase.

Warranty service, repair, or replacement decisions are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Collateral damage is not covered under any manufacturer warranty.

Duties & Fees

Where applicable, customers are responsible for all brokerage fees, duties, and taxes associated with the shipment or service of their products.
