Returns

All returns require prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

We accept returns for 100% unopened items only.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item or need to make a return, we are happy to help.

Products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase provided they are:

• In the original packaging
• Unopened and unused

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• A 20% restocking fee may apply

Warranty Policy

All manufacturer warranties must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Shadow Hobbies does not process or manage warranty claims for web orders. Customers are responsible for contacting the manufacturer regarding warranty support.
